About the Event

We are welcoming back Ben Grimison, ELC'S Physiotherapist for our second sports program.

This term we are learning new skills and advancing previous skills learnt!

Week 1 - Flexibility & Kick Tennis

Week 2 - Lower Limb Strength & Team Challenge

Week 3 - Balance

Week 4 - Core strength, Pilates & Frisbee Practice

Week 5 - Agility & Coordination

Week 6 - Catching & Passing

Week 7 - Team games

Week 8 - Fun Games & Celebratory BBQ!
