HUB
The Hub Day Program is designed to help participants build skills, make friends, and
have fun in a supportive environment. Each day follows a structured program, which
can be tailored to suit the individual needs and goals of each participant.
What sets our Hub Day Program apart is its flexibility. If a participant chooses not to take part in a scheduled activity, they can enjoy the wide range of activities available at our hub space or head out into the community with their support worker.
The program runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexible timing options available to suit individual needs.
We offer ratioed supports upon request and also provide convenient pick-up and drop-off services.
